Allow for some static ip leases
I wish I didn't have to do this, but I guess I do. Getting wildcard
subdomains to work for DNS requests seems to only be possible with the
`--address=` option in dnsmasq, but for that you need to specify which
IP address it should point to. At least I got around having to specify
the MAC address for the static leases
